Get Lean Challenge

The Get Lean Challenge will be June 21st through August 14th. During those 8 weeks, we are challenging every camper to get into the best shape possible! Make a decision right now, to stick to the following plan and you will experience dramatic changes in your body composition!
The Plan….(over the next 8 weeks)

  • Attend at least 3 boot camp sessions every week
  • Do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio on your “off” days (days you don’t attend boot camp)
  • Eat 6 small, nutritious meals throughout the day
  • Have 1 high calorie (”cheat”) meal a week.

It’s so simple!  Don’t make it complicated! It’s time to stop talking and dreaming about getting into shape and start doing something about it!  You need to take action and put your plan in motion right NOW!
