FAQ

Why Complete Wellness?

Complete Wellness is for all fitness levels.  We often hear, “I can’t do a boot camp.  It’s to hard!  I’ll workout on my own, get in better shape and then sign up.”  That’s so backwards….We’re here to help you!  It’s our job (which we love by the way!) to take you from where you are and partner with you to reach your OWN PERSONAL GOALS!  Not to mention, Complete Wellness is much more than “just a workout”!  It’s the accountability and encouragement you will receive that will push you past your perceived limits.  You can’t do it on your own!  And quite frankly, why would you want to?  Elite athletes have trainers pushing and motivating them to reach the next level!  And so should you!

How long are the classes and can I try one out?

Classes are 60 minutes long.   Feel free to drop in for a FREE class anytime!  We hope to see you soon!!

How much does it cost?

Classes are sold in 10 class packages.  The first time you sign up it’s $125.  However, if you sign up with a friend it’s only $99/ea!  And when you sign up for back to back sessions it’s only $99!  Plus, you have the flexibility to use the 10 classes over a 60 day time frame!

What can I expect during a typical class?

Every class is different.  However, every trainer typically follows the following format:  5 minutes of stretching and warm up, 5-10 minute of running (or walking depending on your fitness level), 35-40 minutes of weight training, obstacle courses, core/stability training, cardiovascular training, etc., 5 minutes of stretching and cool down, and finally each session will end with a brief 2-3 minute word of encouragement and prayer.

What do I need to bring to camp?

You will need to bring a set of hand weights (5 – 10 pound dumbbells), boxing gloves ($15-$20 ones work great), foam roller (18″X6″) and an exercise mat. (Hint: the thicker the better!) You will also want to bring a bottle of water, a pair of gloves (”Mechanix” brand are the best!) and an extra towel.  Remember to dress in layers if its cold outside….you’ll warm up quickly once the class starts!

How many days should I workout per week?

We recommend you attend a minimum of three boot camp workouts a week, plus follow our “off day” (days you don’t attend boot camp) workout plan 2-3 other days per week and simply o for a walk on Sunday to help your body recover.

Will I be yelled at if I can’t perform an exercise?

Absolutely not!  We are hear to motivate and encourage you!  We will only use positive reinforcement to help you reach your full potential and your own personal fitness goals.

Will I be sore?

Most likely yes. That’s a good thing!  And the soreness usually goes away after a few days.  The best way to get over your soreness is to stretch and attend another class… really!

Is everyone that goes to camp an athlete?

No. We have individuals of every fitness level.  Some are just getting back into exercising after a long break and some are training for marathons.  Whatever your fitness level, our trainers will keep you moving to ensure you get a great workout every time!  The trainers are prepared to offer an alternate exercise in the event you are unable to perform the one given.

How soon will I see results?

Most individuals see major visual differences in as little as 2-4 weeks!  Dropping 1-2 dress/pant sizes after the first four week session is not uncommon!  Remember, your success is ultimately up to you!  A weight loss goal of 1-2 pounds per week is very attainable and is also the healthy way to loss weight by making a lifestyle change.

What is your refund policy?

Because you are in complete control and have 60 days to use your 10 class package, we do not give refunds.

What if there’s inclement weather?

We will meet indoors during inclement weather.  So make sure to always show up because we’ll be working out rain or shine!
