- 100 Mountain climbers (Single count)
- 25 Leg lifts
- 25 Side crunches (Each side)
- 100 Bicycles (Single count)
- 25 Dumbbell skull crushers
- 25 Cherry pickers
- 50 Walking lunges with dumbbells
- 25 Push ups with dumbbell row
- 50 Dumbbell bicep curls (Single count)
- 100 Prisoner squats
- STOP TIME…
